*Watchman should be able to provide what people under him Need.
*Watchman must seek for the interest and progress of people working under us.

      Instrument needed
*Watchman should be A person that has godly wisdom.
*Watchman should be a cheerful giver.
*Watchman must learn to forgive and patient in large percentage.
*Watchman must have spirit of God that make people to have good foresight for feature
*Watchman must Love people under him
*Watchman must accommodate people
